Take a break

Floor it.

Steer with your mouse, finger or arrow keys (up to speed up, down to brake). Skim past traffic for combos, grab N for nitro and S for a shield, and watch out for oil.

Road Racer

Three lives. Four zones. Nitro, shields and oil slicks. How far can you go?

Process

From sketch to daily use.

Four stages, each one shown with a real project, not a stock diagram.

  1. Eyvro · version one

    Start small, learn fast

Version one is rough on purpose. Eyvro’s first version looked polished, but it was a showcase, not a store. That told me exactly what to build next.

  2. Eyvro · frontend meets backend

    Wire it to reality

Real data, a real backend, real errors. Finding them early, one by one, is how a design turns into software that works.

Read the case study : Eyvro · frontend meets backend
  3. Eyvro · the live store

    Design and build as one

One person takes the layout all the way to finished software, so nothing is lost between the design and the code.

Read the case study : Eyvro · the live store
  4. ContentCal · daily use

    Ship, then keep fixing

Live is where the real work starts. ContentCal is used every day by about ten people, and each feature came from watching how they actually work.

How I work

Three habits.

  1. Beaver mascot in a hero cape, ready to spot the problem
    01

    Find the problem

Watch how the work really happens.

  2. Beaver mascot riding a rocket, launching the fix
    02

    Build the system

The whole flow, not just the page.

  3. Beaver mascot celebrating with confetti after a release
    03

    Keep iterating

Ship, watch real use, fix the next bottleneck.

The beaver is Concept Dash's mascot, from my design and video work there. More on my work at Concept Dash

FAQ

Common questions.

Who am I?

I'm Kartik Saxena, a web developer and product builder in India and the founder of Da Design. I build websites, web apps and SaaS products, and handle the design, video and automation around them.

What do I build?

Websites, web apps and SaaS products with the backend, payments and integrations they need, plus the brand design, video and automation around them. Recent work: ContentCal, a marketing platform used daily by a team; Valley of Flavours, a canteen ordering SaaS with a paying client; the Eyvro optical store; and AutoThrust India, an AI news site.

Do I work with clients outside India?

Yes. I already work remotely for Concept Dash, a Canada-based engineering firm, where I built its website and its marketing platform. I work to India Standard Time (GMT+5:30), Monday to Friday, 10:00-19:00 IST, which overlaps the working day in the UK, Europe and the Gulf, and most communication runs async.

How does a project start?

Use the "Let's work together" form on this site: pick the services, get an indicative ballpark, add a short brief. Then a short scoping conversation and milestone-based delivery. Fixed-price website packages are listed on the services page.

Can I be hired full-time?

Yes. Kartik Saxena is open to full-time remote roles as well as contract work and retainers. The contact page has a two-step form for hiring enquiries, with no pricing questions.

Why hire one person instead of several specialists?

Because the handoffs between specialists are where time and intent leak. On my projects the person who finds the problem also designs the fix, builds it and ships it, so nothing is re-explained between a designer, a developer and an editor.

How can you reach me?

Email Kartik Saxena at karrtiksaxena@gmail.com, use the enquiry form on the site, or find Da Design on Google. Enquiries are answered Monday to Friday, 10:00-19:00 IST.
